Margaret Pickoff will speak about invasive species in Pennsylvania.
Margaret Pickoff is a Horticulture Educator with Penn State Extension based in Bucks County, where she provides education, consultation, and support for green industry professionals and horticultural businesses in Southeastern Pennsylvania. She holds a M.S. degree in Plant, Soil, and Environmental Sciences from the University of Maine and has been teaching consumer and commercial horticulture topics for extension since 2019. Her work focuses on pest and disease management in the ornamental landscape, invasive plant management, and specialty cut flower production.

We’re excited to be part of Allentown Earth Day in the Park on Saturday, April 18th at Cedar Beach Park—and this year we’ll be highlighting an important issue: road salt pollution.
We’re looking for volunteers to staff our table during two shifts:
11:30 am – 2:00 pm
2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
